The Homunculus chronicle
Homunculus is a late chronicle of the main Lineage 2 built around the homunculus system: companion creatures that players create themselves. A homunculus follows the character and grants stat bonuses. In the western version of the game the system arrived in 2020.
How homunculi work
- Five types — each with its own bonuses.
- Three grades — homunculi can be enhanced and developed.
- Communion — bonding with a homunculus unlocks extra stat bonuses.
- New zones — including the time-limited Imperial Tomb.
